3. CANCELLATION TERMS FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES

3.1 Terms for travel bookings
Train and flight bookings can only be made via Wallmans partners’ own booking function. The purchase/booking becomes binding as soon as confirmation is received. These terms apply from that moment, regardless of whether the train or flight has been paid for in full, partially, or not at all. The customer is responsible for immediately checking that the dates, destination, number of people, and times are correct. Any errors should be reported immediately to the train or airline. Note that Wallmans does not compensate the traveller for travel in case of event cancellation.

3.2 Terms for goods sold via Wallmans’ e-commerce
For the order of goods such as CDs, DVDs, posters, idol cards, programmes, and similar items, the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act applies. Read more at Konsumentverket.se.

4. OTHER

4.1 Cancelled events or transport
The customer is responsible for checking that the booked performance, transport, or similar is not cancelled or rescheduled. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, the customer should immediately contact the responsible venue/organiser/supplier. It is the venue/organiser/supplier who is responsible for issues such as rebooking to another performance or ticket refunds. In some cases, Wallmans, on behalf of the organiser, will refund tickets for cancelled performances. If the venue/organiser/supplier charges an administrative fee for the refund, it will be deducted at the time of the refund.

4.2 Errors at the time of delivery
Errors that occur at the time of delivery of booked events, transport, and/or other products and services should be reported immediately. This should be done primarily to the hotel, the venue’s box office, or the maître d’, depending on the nature of the error. If the customer fails to seek rectification and thereby does not give the hotel/venue/organiser/supplier the opportunity to correct any deficiencies, the customer cannot later claim compensation. If the customer is still not satisfied with the compensation, this should be handled according to the respective hotel/venue/organiser/supplier’s terms.

4.3 Obstacles due to force majeure
If the event cannot be held due to an obstacle beyond the control of the organiser/venue/supplier, which could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time of the agreement and whose consequences could not reasonably have been avoided or overcome, the organiser/venue/supplier is free from refund, liability, or other consequences. The same applies if a performance is cancelled due to reasons attributable to someone engaged by the organiser or another in a preceding stage.

4.4 Particularly regarding obstacles due to pandemics
The organiser/venue/supplier has the right to cancel and/or reschedule the time of the performance/event due to circumstances caused by pandemics (regulations, laws and decrees, illness, etc.). If the performance/event is cancelled, you are entitled to a full ticket refund. The same applies if the performance/event is rescheduled by more than 13 months.

4.5 Legal and price changes outside Wallmans’ control
Wallmans reserves the right to changes in law and price changes beyond the control of Wallmans, as well as the organiser’s/venue’s/supplier’s control. We reserve the right for technical problems and price errors beyond our control, as well as the organiser’s/venue’s/supplier’s control, and reserve the right to contact the customer within 72 hours on weekdays for any changes to the booking. In cases where money has been debited from a card or bank account, it may take several banking days before the money is available in the account again. Please note that this is the bank’s policy and not something we can influence.

4.6 Personal data handling and cookies
Read the full terms and conditions regarding the handling of personal data and cookies. You also guarantee that all information you provide is correct.

4.7 Identity check/credit check
We reserve the right to conduct an identity check/credit check.

4.8 What happens if the customer and organiser/venue/supplier do not agree?
The customer is encouraged to first contact the organiser/venue/supplier with any complaints. If the parties cannot agree, the customer can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes.

4.9 About digital performances/events
These terms also apply to digital performances/events, i.e., performances/events provided online. By purchasing access to such a service, you agree not to record, download, distribute, or make the performance/event available to the public. You are also responsible for having the necessary technical equipment and connection with sufficient capacity.
